Ben Loney

Ben Loney has extensive experience in both national and international real estate investment markets and has completed over $3.2 billion of principal transactions. His expertise spans residential, office, and retail sectors, covering the full ownership life cycle from acquisition to strategy execution and disposition. Most recently, Ben served as Head of Acquisitions for a large family office, where he was responsible for sourcing and structuring asset and portfolio investments, as well as overseeing asset management practices.

Previously, Ben worked at The Milestone Group, where he acquired over $500 million in multifamily properties and played a key role in preparing the firm for its listing as a publicly traded REIT on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He also serves as a Board Member and Investment Committee Member for Atlantic Real Estate LP, an open-end IRA fund focused on U.S. multifamily investments, and sits on the board of CPI Investors, a $200 million family office investing in workforce housing across the Southeastern U.S.

Ben is a frequent speaker at real estate conferences nationwide and a guest lecturer for the Master’s Program at NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. A retired Major in the Israel Defense Forces Armored Corps, he holds an MBA in Finance and Banking from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MS in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University.
