Brian Driesse is an accomplished real estate professional with 18 years of experience and a proven track record across acquisitions, development, and asset management. Throughout his career, Brian has been involved in over $4.5 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Before joining Aspen Oak, he launched Lavoro Capital Holdings, a multifamily platform under Trinsic Residential Group, focused on acquiring and developing attainable housing.
Prior to Lavoro, Brian held key roles at Ojala Holdings, CIM Group, and Clark Realty Capital, where he gained extensive experience in similar capacities. Brian holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Finance and Business Honors from The University of Texas at Austin. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional and a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas.
